Latavius Murray Remains Boring, Yet Viable RB4

Buffalo Bills running back Latavius Murray absorbed his largest workload of the campaign in Week 6's tight 14-9 win over the New York Giants, handling 12 carries (four in the red zone) for 45 scoreless yards. Murray started the game, eating into lead back James Cook's snap share for an even split. The 33-year-old grinder may have short-yardage/goal-line work all to himself in Week 7 against the division-rival New England Patriots, since fellow power back Damien Harris (neck) is on the mend. The Bills are the largest favorites (-8.5) of Sunday's slate, so desperate fantasy managers trotting out Murray can hope Buffalo forms a lead for the veteran to help salt away late in the contest. The journeyman back is an acceptable RB4/flex with plenty of squads off in Week 7, but Cook remains the better bet to find the end zone on Sunday.
