Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson (groin) and running back Rashaad Penny (coach's decision) are inactive for Week 12 versus the Buffalo Bills. Johnson was a late addition to the injury report on Sunday after self-reporting soreness. He underwent additional testing pregame and was deemed unable to play. Jack Driscoll is projected to start in his absence. Meanwhile, Penny is a healthy scratch for the second week in a row and eighth time this season. Boston Scott, who is not on the fantasy radar, will remain the Eagles' No. 3 running back behind D'Andre Swift and Kenneth Gainwell.
