Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (illness) missed practice on Thursday due to an illness. Jackson has popped up on the Week 14 injury coming off the team's bye, but he still has two full days to recover before having to suit up on Sunday to take on the Los Angeles Rams. We'll continue to keep a close eye on the 26-year-old signal-caller, but we'd expect him to be feeling better by Sunday and to play this weekend. Fantasy managers shouldn't be too worried right now and need to keep him locked in as a high-end QB1 in all lineups. If Jackson misses another practice on Friday and is questionable on the final injury report, there will be some more cause for concern.
