Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is the QB5 on the season so far and has put up a fantastic 19.5 fantasy points per game. He's been more of a dark horse in the MVP conversation and has the chance to cement his name in that discussion going up against the number-one team in the NFC. The San Francisco 49ers are the fifth toughest team against opposing quarterbacks as they only allow 13.0 fantasy points per game. The difference is that they haven't played many quarterbacks with the running ability of Jackson. He's first in rushing yards and fourth in rushing touchdowns among quarterbacks and has five games of 60 or more rushing yards. Despite the stingy defense, Jackson's running ability allows him to be a QB1 in this matchup.
