Kyler Murray To Make Season Debut In Week 10

Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon announced on Monday that quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) will make his 2023 debut in Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons if all goes well in practice this week. Gannon said Murray will take practice repetitions with the starters this week. He remains on Injured Reserve, but if all goes well in practice, the Cardinals will activate him to play this Sunday against Atlanta. Rookie Clayton Tune predictably struggled against one of the best defenses in the NFL in the Cleveland Browns in Week 9. Murray is returning from a torn right ACL he suffered late last year, and he should be the team's starter the rest of the way in 2023. Pick him up immediately if he remains on your league's waiver wire and you need help at the QB position due to injuries or if you have studs like Patrick Mahomes or Jalen Hurts on bye in Week 10. Murray's return will be a boost to all of Arizona's offensive playmakers, most notably receiver Marquise Goodwin and tight end Trey McBride.
