Kyler Murray Practices Fully Wednesday

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (thumb) practiced fully on Wednesday ahead of his team's Week 15 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Murray's thumb issue is a new one, although it is a positive sign that it did not prevent him from taking part in practice on Wednesday. That being said, his status will be worth monitoring throughout the remainder of the week as the Cardinals gear up to face the 49ers. Rookie signal-caller Clayton Tune is the team's backup and would presumably get the start if Murray can't play, although that doesn't seem to be a concern at this point in the week.
