Kingsbury took over as the offensive coordinator in Washington this season and has helped this offense take a major step forward. He was previously the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals for four seasons. He finished with one 11-win season, but has rebuilt his stock in Washington. He could be a serious head coaching candidate, but if the Commanders make a deep run in the playoffs that will probably hurt his chances of landing a new gig.
