Kenny Pickett Says He's Playing On Thursday Night
one year ago

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett (ribs) told reporters that he is playing "for sure" against the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football in Week 9. The second-year signal-caller exited the Week 8 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars early and was replaced by veteran backup Mitch Trubisky. Trubisky threw one touchdown and two interceptions in relief. Even if Pickett suits up for this contest, he is not on the fantasy radar in single-QB formats. He has not scored more than 18.5 fantasy points in a game this season and has finished under 13 points in five of his seven starts. The Titans currently rank as a top-ten defense against fantasy quarterbacks. This will likely be an ugly, defensive battle.
