Kenny Golladay Works Out For The Jets

Free agent wide receiver Kenny Golladay worked out for the New York Jets on Wednesday but will not sign at this time, according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network. The Jets hosted a few free agents on Wednesday, according to Pelissero, including quarterback Anthony Brown, running back Ellis Merriweather, and wide receivers James Proche II and Jeff Smith. Golladay, who was one of the biggest free agent flops in recent memory, will continue to look elsewhere for a new home. The New York Giants released him just two years into a four-year, $72 million deal back in March. He's still just 29 years old and posted back-to-back 1000-yard seasons in 2018 and 2019 with the Detroit Lions so he could get another shot elsewhere.
