Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (shoulder) returned to Sunday's matchup with the Lions. The wideout had 10 catches for 137 yards and a touchdown before he exited briefly because of a shoulder injury. Still, although fantasy managers are certainly thrilled to see Allen return, he will likely take it easy during practice ahead of the Week 11 meeting with the Packers. However, he should be good to go, assuming he has no setbacks.
