Keaton Mitchell Suffers Hamstring Injury
one year ago

Baltimore Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell (hamstring) exited Sunday's 38-6 blowout win over the Detroit Lions early due to a hamstring injury. Seeing his first NFL action, Mitchell brought in a quick nine-yard pass before departing. The 21-year-old was active in Week 6 after overcoming a preseason shoulder injury but didn't log a touch in his debut. Mitchell worked as Baltimore's No. 3 tailback behind Gus Edwards and Justice Hill in Week 7 and is unlikely to become fantasy relevant unless one or both of them were to get banged up. Melvin Gordon III would be a candidate to get promoted from the Ravens' practice squad if Mitchell's absence extends into Week 8's road date with the Arizona Cardinals.
