Keaontay Ingram Not Worth A Start

Arizona Cardinals running back Keaontay Ingram should remain on the fantasy bench in Week 8. In Week 7, Ingram tallied just nine snaps on special teams and none on offense. One week after leading the Cardinals in carries with 10, he was relegated entirely to special teams, currently giving him zero fantasy value. With teammate Emari Demercado having overtaken him in the rushing game, he's difficult to rely on for consistent fantasy production. To make matters worse, The Cardinals face off against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, a team that ranks at or near the top in almost every defensive category. The lack of consistency plus the brutal matchup makes Ingram a bench stash and completely fantasy irrelevant in Week 8.
