Arizona Cardinals running back Keaontay Ingram should remain on the fantasy bench in Week 7. In Week 6, Arizona decided to go with a three-way committee, with Ingram playing 37% of the snaps and leading the team with 10 carries. Ingram is also averaging only 2.5 yards per carry (71st in the league). In addition, Seattle has been quite stingy against the run this year. On the season, the Seahawks have the fifth-best stuff rate and are in the top 10 with both the fewest missed tackles and yards after contact allowed. Needless to say, until the matchup is a better one or the backfield narrows, Ingram is best left on the fantasy bench.
