Dallas Cowboys wide receiver KaVontae Turpin (shoulder) is officially inactive for Week 10 versus the New York Giants. Turpin had been listed as questionable, though there was not much optimism about his status after he failed to practice this past week. As Dallas' primary kick and punt returner, Turpin's absence has the biggest impact on special teams. Rico Dowdle should return kicks while Deuce Vaughn fields punts on Sunday.
