Kaleb Johnson Visits With Giants On Wednesday
2 weeks ago

University of Iowa running back Kaleb Johnson had a top-30 visit with the New York Giants on Wednesday, according to his Instagram account. The Giants continue to do their homework on a deep class of running backs with the 2025 NFL draft just around the corner. The Bergen Record's Art Stapleton also reported that Louisville quarterback Tyler Shough recently visited with the Giants after visiting with the Cleveland Browns. Tyrone Tracy Jr. took over the lead-back role from Devin Singletary in his rookie season in 2024 and was impressive with his big-play ability, but he also had fumbling issues and could be asked to share more of the workload in his sophomore season if the G-Men add a notable back in this year's draft. Johnson is more of a powerful, between-the-tackles runner who had 1,537 rushing yards in his final year at Iowa in 2024.
