Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hip) has been ruled out for the Week 16 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. This was expected after Toney was unable to practice all week. Toney will miss his second game of the season as he works his way back from a hip issue. His absence should mean an increased workload for wideouts like Richie James and Skyy Moore. Honestly, none of the wide receivers outside of Rashee Rice have consistent fantasy value right now in Kansas City.
