K.J. Osborn Carted Off Field, Ruled Out

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver K.J. Osborn (concussion) was carted off the field after suffering a serious injury during the first half of Week 9 versus the Atlanta Falcons. Osborn was on the receiving end of multiple concurrent hits from Atlanta defenders and was briefly motionless on the ground. Players from both teams were quite emotional as trainers attended to the 26-year-old. Fortunately, after some time, he was able to stand up and walk to the medical cart, which transported him to the locker room where he was officially declared "out" for the remainder of the game. He finishes Sunday's contest with two catches and 17 yards. Brandon Powell will see more opportunities as the Vikings' No. 2 receiver behind Jordan Addison.
