Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (thumb) remained out of practice on Wednesday ahead of the Week 9 contest with the New Orleans Saints. Fields has not played since the Week 6 loss to the Minnesota Vikings due to a dislocated thumb. In his absence, undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent has completed 70% of his passes for 477 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions in three games. He has also rushed for two scores. With Field unlikely to return, Bagent is trending toward making his third straight start. The Saints have surrendered the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season, so Bagent remains off the fantasy radar.
