Justin Fields Doubtful To Face Panthers

Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (thumb) is officially listed as doubtful to face the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football. Fields has not played since being knocked out of the Week 6 loss to the Minnesota Vikings due to a dislocated thumb. If he does not play in Week 10, undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent will make his fourth straight start. Bagent has thrown for just under 700 yards, three touchdowns, and six interceptions in 3.5 games. Carolina has allowed the 13th-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season, so he remains off the fantasy radar. DJ Moore and all of the other Bears' pass-catchers have flow floors with Bagent under center.
