Justice Hill Officially Suiting Up Sunday

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (foot) is officially active for Week 4 versus the Cleveland Browns. He had been listed as questionable, but the expectation was that he would play after practicing in full on Friday. Hill totaled 53 scrimmage yards on 14 touches back in Week 2, but he remains behind Gus Edwards on the depth chart and therefore should be viewed as an RB4 in fantasy football.
