Josh Reynolds' Role Continues To Shrink
one year ago

Detroit Lions wide receiver Josh Reynolds was barely involved again in the 26-14 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football, catching his only target for a 13-yard gain. Reynolds played 83 percent of the offensive snaps, but it amounted to very little in terms of production, and he hasn't been targeted more than three times in a game since Week 5, when he caught four of five targets for 76 yards and a touchdown. In the last three games, Reynolds has just six receptions on seven targets for 106 yards and no scores. The 28-year-old is losing targets to second-year wideout Jameson Williams, even though Reynolds has been on the field way more often. Reynolds should bounce back at some point, but he has become a hard-to-trust WR4/5 in deeper fantasy leagues.
