Josh Jacobs Won't Play Thursday Night

Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs (quadriceps), who was listed as questionable for Thursday night's clash with the division-rival Los Angeles Chargers, will not play. Jacobs was trending this way after getting injured in the Week 14 loss to the Minnesota Vikings and then not practicing at all on a short week. It's a tough break for fantasy managers competing in the first round of the playoffs this week in their leagues. Zamir White will start for Vegas now and should handle the early-down work against the Bolts, with Ameer Abdullah serving in the primary pass-catching role out of the backfield. The Chargers have a very soft run defense, but White should only be considered a touchdown-dependent RB3/flex in deeper leagues for fantasy managers in a pinch this week.
