Josh Jacobs Remains An RB1 Despite Lack Of Production
one year ago

Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs should still be considered a low-end RB1 this week, despite a difficult matchup against the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football. It's no secret that Jacobs, and the entire Raiders offense, have struggled this season. The 25-year-old has just 347 rushing yards on 118 carries (2.9 YPC). He has added 26 catches (39 targets) for 215 yards through the air but only has two total touchdowns on the season. He struggled against a poor Bears defense in Week 7 but that could be attributed to facing stacked boxes with Brian Hoyer and Aidan O'Connell under center for Las Vegas. Starting QB Jimmy Garoppolo (back) is back for MNF and that should help raise the tide of the Raiders offense. Fantasy managers should continue to keep the faith in Jacobs.
