Josh Downs Starts Week With DNP
one year ago

Indianapolis Colts rookie wide receiver Josh Downs (knee) was unable to practice with the team on Wednesday. Downs picked up a knee injury late in practice last week but was active for the Week 9 contest against the Indianapolis Colts. However, the 22-year-old rookie was injured early in that game and never returned. The fact he wasn't on the field on Wednesday is a bad sign for his availability in Week 10 against the New England Patriots in Frankfurt, Germany, this Sunday, but he still has two more days to get right. Downs has been impressive so far in his first NFL season and has emerged as the No. 2 behind Michael Pittman Jr., but fantasy managers need to prepare for the possibility that he won't play this weekend. If Downs is out or limited, Alec Pierce and Isaiah McKenzie will see more opportunities in the passing game behind Pittman in Europe against the New England Patriots.
