Indianapolis Colts rookie wide receiver Josh Downs caught all three of his targets for 19 yards in the team's 30-13 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Downs did not see much of an additional uptick in volume despite wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (concussion) leaving the game in the first half and not returning. Downs has struggled in his last few matchups from a fantasy perspective, and fantasy managers may want to keep him on the bench in the team's Week 16 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
