Josh Downs Exits Due To Injury On Sunday
one year ago

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (knee) exited Sunday's matchup with the Carolina Panthers. He is questionable to return. The 22-year-old battled a knee injury heading into Week 9, so the team may take the cautious approach and keep him out for the remainder of the game. If that happens, he'll finish with one catch for 10 yards. It would be a tough blow for fantasy managers if Downs misses time moving ahead, especially since he had a touchdown in each of his previous two games. But until he's back on the field, Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce should remain the top two wideouts. At the same time, Jonathan Taylor and Zack Moss may get more looks out of the backfield.
