Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (knee) won't return to Sunday's meeting with the Carolina Panthers. He dealt with the knee injury heading into this one, so the latest development isn't surprising. But now fantasy managers are focused on whether Downs will play in Week 10 against the Pats in Germany. However, it's certainly possible the team may prevent him from making the trip overseas, especially if he doesn't make any progress over the next few days.
