Josh Allen Looks To Make Inroads In MVP Race
11 months ago

The only aspect missing from Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen's 2023 MVP candidacy is a winning record akin to the other nominees ahead of him. But Allen has a big chance in Week 15 to help his case and make inroads in the race, as the 27-year-old two-time Pro Bowler takes on MVP candidate Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys. Allen has an interception in each of his last nine games since Week 5, but that's a nitpick for fantasy managers who can't complain about the superstar's league-best 24.7 fantasy points per game overall. Since an ugly four-turnover regular-season opener, Allen has rattled off 12 straight outings with multiple all-purpose touchdowns. Using his legs more frequently of late (8.0 carries per game since Week 11), Allen is a no-brainer QB1 despite a stiff draw on paper. Sunday's matchup features the second-highest implied point total (49.5) on Sunday's slate, meaning a shootout could be in store here.
