Josh Allen Draws Soft Week 16 Matchup

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen remains fantasy's overall QB1 in points scored despite a season-low 94 passing yards in Week 15's smackdown of the Dallas Cowboys. The MVP candidate may have disappointed fantasy managers a bit in that one, but Allen simply had to hand the ball off to running back James Cook, and his dynamic tailback did the rest. On the bright side, last Sunday did mark the improvising Allen's first game without an interception since early October. In Week 16, Allen meets with a Los Angeles Chargers team that was just blasted by fourth-round rookie Aidan O'Connell for fantasy's overall QB3 result. The Bolts defense has also given up the fifth-most fantasy points to QBs. The Bills shouldn't feel much resistance against a defensive unit that's struggled in just about every facet this year, with the possibility of a blowout in Buffalo's favor about the only caveat working against Allen on Saturday. He's a set-and-forget QB1.
