Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (right shoulder) logged another full practice on Friday and has been cleared to play against the New England Patriots in Week 7. Allen was limited in Wednesday's walkthrough practice but has been a full participant ever since. He has 10 total touchdowns over his last three games and should be viewed as a high-end fantasy QB1 against a weak, injury-riddled Patriots defense.
