Jordan Love Leads Packers To Comeback Victory
one year ago

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love completed 22 of 44 passes for 259 yards, one touchdown, and one interception while adding nine carries for 39 yards and an additional score during the team's 18-17 win over the New Orleans Saints. The Packer's offense was stagnant in the first half, as it seemed the Saints' defense was too much for Green Bay to overcome. However, the 24-year-old jump-started the comeback in the fourth, taking the ball in on the ground for a one-yard score and then hitting Romeo Doubs on an eight-yard strike to give the Packers the lead. It was an impressive come-from-behind win for the Packers starting quarterback, especially considering he was without Christian Watson (hamstring) and Aaron Jones (hamstring). Love's upcoming schedule is great for fantasy purposes, and he should be considered a fringe QB1 next week against Detroit.
