Jordan Addison Trending Down Entering Bye
12 months ago

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison had a rough outing in Week 12's deflating 12-10 defeat to the division-rival Chicago Bears, but he managed a team-high 10 targets with six receptions for 39 yards. Addison nearly made an acrobatic 50-yard catch in traffic on Minnesota's first play from scrimmage, but the ball just popped out as he attempted to complete the process. Two of Addison's targets ended up being Joshua Dobbs interceptions, with one coming on an underthrown pass and another when Addison couldn't corral a bullet pass. It was perhaps a faint conclusion to Addison's run in the spotlight as Minnesota's featured wideout in the absence of Justin Jefferson (hamstring), who is likely to return by the time Dec. 10 comes around against the Las Vegas Raiders. Addison is averaging 4.5 catches (7.5 targets) for 51.0 yards over his last four games, having not found the end zone since netting seven touchdowns in his first eight career outings.
