Jonathan Taylor Physically Ready To Play
one year ago

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) said he is physically ready to play after missing the first four games of the season while on the Physically Unable to Perform list. "It feels really good to be healthy. The main goal was to be healthy and play football," Taylor said in his first public comments since June. The 24-year-old had surgery on his ankle early in 2023 and missed the entire offseason program, training camp and the preseason, so there's a good chance he'll be eased into the offense whenever he makes his season debut. The Colts opened the 21-day window to activate Taylor from the PUP list this week, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll be active in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans.
