Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jonathan Mingo has slowly seen his role grow as the season has progressed. The rookie has now drawn at least six targets in five of his past six contests as he prepares to take on the Green Bay Packers at home in Week 16. The Packers have been tough on opposing wide receivers as they are allowing just the 19th-most fantasy points per game to the position in 2023. Thanks to a struggling Carolina offense and the tough matchup against the Packers, Mingo sets up as a low-upside flex option in fantasy heading into Week 16.
