Jonathan Mingo A Low-End Flex In Week 8

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jonathan Mingo comes out of his bye week to take on the Houston Texans in Week 8. Mingo has been quiet thus far in his rookie season, having caught just 15 passes for 133 yards and zero touchdowns in five games. He could start playing a larger role on offense, however, after having a Week 7 bye to further acclimate himself to the offense. He does draw a tough matchup in Week 8 against a Houston Texans defense that is allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, so this is probably not the week to play him outside of very deep leagues. Mingo is best left on the bench heading into Week 8's contests.
