Jonathan Greenard Signing Four-Year Deal With Vikings

Free-agent edge rusher Jonathan Greenard is signing a four-year, $76 million deal that includes $42 million guaranteed with the Minnesota Vikings. The 26-year-old broke out with the Houston Texans last season, posting career-highs in tackles (52), sacks (12.5), and run-stuffs (nine). The Vikings are expected to lose Danielle Hunter, so Greenard helps make up for the potential departure. The Vikings could be headed into rebuild mode after the loss of franchise quarterback Kirk Cousins.
