Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (chest) is officially active for Sunday's meeting with the Buffalo Bills. The former Sooner retained his questionable tag throughout the weekend heading into this contest. However, he practiced in full on Thursday and Friday, so there was never a huge concern regarding his availability for Week 9. Mixon scored a touchdown in each of his two career meetings versus Buffalo. But fantasy managers aren't as optimistic that he'll find the end zone, considering he hasn't played the best this season. At any rate, Mixon warrants flex consideration in any fantasy format based on his upside, although the 27-year-old is nowhere near the player he was in 2021, the season he made the Pro Bowl.
