The Cleveland Browns are in search of some quarterback depth after losing Deshaun Watson (shoulder) for the rest of the season. The organization is reportedly working out veteran quarterback Joe Flacco. The 38-year-old last played with the New York Jets last season. He threw for a little over 1,000 yards with five touchdowns and three interceptions in four games. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Browns sign Flacco to their practice squad. The team currently plans to start fifth-round pick Dorian Thompson-Robinson versus the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend. If signed, Flacco obviously wouldn't be ready for this weekend. Honestly, it's uncertain what Flacco still has left in the tank, but he could at least provide some veteran leadership to this roster.
