Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco will be under center against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13. Flacco last appeared in the NFL as a member of the New York Jets in the 2022 season, throwing for five touchdowns and four interceptions in five games. The Browns will turn to the veteran with rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson (concussion) still in the NFL's concussion protocol. It remains to be seen just how much Flacco has left in the tank but his insertion into the starting lineup isn't necessarily a downgrade for Cleveland's pass catchers. That being said, fantasy gamers shouldn't be starting Flacco in their leagues this week unless it's as a desperation option in two-quarterback formats.
