Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco did a decent job moving the ball in a Week 13 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, especially considering it was his first time playing since the end of the 2022 season. With another week under his belt, Flacco will look to keep it going at home in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars have been a fantastic matchup for fantasy quarterbacks this season as they are allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Flacco also gets a boost as No. 1 wide receiver Amari Cooper (ribs, concussion) cleared the league's concussion protocol on Saturday and will play. Treat the veteran as a low-end QB2 in Week 14.
