Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow looks to lead his team to a third-straight win on Sunday against the 49ers. The Bengals were off in Week 7, which couldn't have come soon enough for many players on Cincinnati's roster, including Burrow, who has battled a calf issue since training camp. Although the signal-caller claimed the injury was behind him, nobody was buying it, considering he has underperformed for most of the 2023-24 campaign. However, Burrow played much better in the previous two games entering the bye week, so fantasy managers are optimistic the former LSU Tiger could have his best showing of the year in Week 8, especially since he had extra time to rest and heal. Keep the 26-year-old starting in all fantasy formats.
