Without question, Burrow has looked like a new man since returning from the Week 7 bye, considering he began the year dealing with a calf ailment that severely impacted his mobility. Unfortunately, the former LSU Tiger may have a tougher time remaining an elite fantasy quarterback in Week 10 with Tee Higgins (hamstring) ruled out. Even worse, Ja'Marr Chase is questionable, meaning Burrow might be without his top two wideouts versus Houston.
