Jimmy Garoppolo Practicing In Full On Thursday
one year ago

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) is practicing in full on Thursday despite still being in the concussion protocol. Head coach Josh McDaniel had previously said that Garoppolo would remain the starting quarterback once healthy. The 31-year-old suffered a concussion in the Raiders' Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The head injury kept him out of last week's divisional matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers which gave rookie Aidan O'Connell his first regular season start. Garoppolo's practice status would seem to indicate that he is nearly ready to return to action, though no official word has come out about his Week 5 status and fantasy managers should be on the lookout for further reports. UPDATE: Jimmy G was officially listed as limited Thursday.
