Jets Won't Limit Breece Hall Moving Forward
one year ago

New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh told reporters on Wednesday that the team will not limit running back Breece Hall's (knee) workload moving forward. The Jets plan was always to ease Hall into the fold early this year after he tore his ACL last October, which is partly why they added Dalvin Cook in the offseason. Hall didn't play over 49 percent of the offensive snaps in the first four weeks and was limited to 32 touches. Cook isn't just going to go away, but the 22-year-old Hall should see his workload steadily increase, starting in Week 4 in Denver against the Broncos, which will inevitably give the explosive second-year back a higher fantasy ceiling on a weekly basis. However, Hall's overall upside could be somewhat capped as long as quarterback Zach Wilson is running the offense.
