Jets Undecided On Who Will Start At Quarterback In Week 12
12 months ago

New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh told reporters on Sunday after their blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills that he is undecided on who will start at quarterback in Week 12 next Friday against the Miami Dolphins. Zach Wilson laid another egg in 32-6 loss to the Bills, going 7-for-15 for 81 yards, one touchdown and an interception. He was also sacked five times for a loss of 30 yards and was benched in the third quarter in favor of Tim Boyle. At this point, it seems rather unlikely that the Jets will continue on with Wilson, although Boyle wasn't much better in relief, going 7-for-14 for 33 yards and an interception to close out the game on Sunday. If Wilson is benched in Week 12, the Jets would be deciding between Boyle and Trevor Siemian. The earliest Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) would be able to return probably wouldn't be until Week 16, and even then, that scenario is still most likely a long shot.
