Although Cleveland has been scoring at a high rate with Joe Flacco under center, it has also been prone to turning the ball over. Flacco has thrown seven interceptions in his four starts this season and has not yet faced a defense as talented as New York's. This contest is expected to be low-scoring, so fantasy managers should feel comfortable deploying the Jets D/ST in starting lineups this week.
