Jets D/ST A Must-Start Against Washington

The New York Jets recorded three sacks while surrendering 30 points in a shutout loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 15. They'll be looking to bounce back at home on Sunday against the 4-10 Washington Commanders. New York's defense has been incredibly stout at MetLife Stadium this season and should be able to capitalize on an enticing matchup. The Commanders have averaged 1.7 giveaways per contest and allow sacks at the third-highest rate in the NFL. The Jets D/ST has been solid for the majority of the 2023 campaign and should be considered an elite option this week.
