Jerick McKinnon Won't Practice Wednesday
one year ago

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that running back Jerick McKinnon (groin) will not practice on Wednesday. McKinnon was also on last week's injury report with a groin injury, but he practiced in full on Friday and played in the Week 8 loss to the Denver Broncos, carrying the ball two times for minus-two yards and catching one pass for 11 yards. His status is worth watching heading into this week's game in Germany against the Miami Dolphins, but as long as McKinnon returns to practice in the next two days, he should be able to play this Sunday in Europe in his usual change-of-pace role behind starter Isiah Pacheco. McKinnon hasn't done nearly enough to have standalone fantasy value in 2023 outside of very deep PPR leagues as an RB3/flex option.
