Jerick McKinnon To Return To Practice Thursday
12 months ago

Kansas City Chiefs running back Jerick McKinnon (groin) is expected to return to practice on Thursday after sitting out Wednesday's session. McKinnon did not suit up in Week 12's win over the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders, but the fact that he's set to return to the practice field on Thursday will give him a shot to return this Sunday when the team faces off against the Packers in Green Bay. If the 31-year-old is cleared, he'll resume his role as KC's primary pass-catching back behind lead back Isiah Pacheco. McKinnon does have three receiving touchdowns, but his usage has been on the low side on a weekly basis through 10 games in his third year with the team. At best, McKinnon will be an RB3/flex option in deeper PPR leagues in Week 13 if he's active.
