Jeff Wilson Jr. Cleared To Return In Week 7

Miami Dolphins running back Jeff Wilson Jr. (ribs, finger) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The veteran practiced in full all week long. Miami will need to activate Wilson from IR in order for him to be eligible in Week 7, though such a move should come Saturday. He'll presumably operate as the Dolphins' No. 2 running back behind Raheem Mostert.
